Retail, warehouse & safety audits
The situation
A safety walk flags a blocked fire exit, damaged racking and trailing cables. The findings go into a form; the form goes into a folder; the follow-up depends on someone remembering.
With Snagwalk
- Findings in seconds. Photograph, mark the hazard, set priority, assign, while still standing in front of it.
- Ownership is explicit. Every finding has an assignee and a status. The open list becomes the action list for the follow-up.
- Close-out with evidence. Resolved findings carry the after photo and the date. The re-audit starts from what's open, not from scratch.
- Reports per store, per site, per visit. Each dated report remains as it was issued, showing what was found and what remained open at that point.
Multi-site reality
Back rooms and loading bays with no signal, several sites in a day, the same checks repeated; capture stays fast, projects keep sites separate, and everything syncs when it can. (Steel-framed buildings are natural dead zones; here is how to inspect through them.)
